A plastic spindle expansion sleeve from Buster + Punch that adapts a 5 mm square spindle to a 8 mm opening. A small fitting for matching the spindle to compatible door hardware.

Check the dimensions of the spindle and receiving hardware before ordering. This is an adapter sleeve only; spindle and door handles are sold separately.
