BLANCO FLEXON II 30 waste system

The BLANCO FLEXON II 30 is the baby of the FLEXON range, yet it packs every feature that has made the series a favourite with designers and homeowners alike: a minimalist aluminium frame, freely suspended buckets for easy lifting and a no-drill installation that takes minutes. Tailored to 30-cm drawer cabinets beneath the sink, the system is available in two bucket configurations so you can match your family’s recycling habits:

• 1 × 19 L – maximum volume for residual or organic waste.

• 2 × 8 L – ideal if you want to keep bio and plastics separate or collect cans on their own.

Both variants share the same powder-coated aluminium frame, which sits on the drawer base without touching the sides. Because the unit does not interfere with your existing soft-close runners, the smooth action of the drawer is preserved. Installation is tool-free: drop the frame in, clip the brackets to the back rail and insert the buckets. Should you ever remodel the kitchen, you can move the FLEXON II just as quickly.

The supplied system cover solves two issues at once: it seals in odours from organic waste and doubles as a handy shelf for sponges, detergent tabs or a replacement charcoal filter. All buckets are moulded from food-safe plastic with silky-smooth interiors that rinse clean easily; they are dishwasher-safe up to 55 °C. Each bucket features ergonomic handles so you can lift the liner straight up without touching the sides.

If your hands are full, pair the FLEXON II with the SELECT MOVEX foot pedal or an electric Servo-Drive opener for completely touch-free access. The accessory programme also includes dedicated bio-lids, bag frames, charcoal filters and spare buckets, allowing the system to grow with your recycling needs.

Because the buckets hang clear of the drawer base, 30–40 mm of air circulate beneath them. This improves ventilation, reduces condensation and lets you wipe the drawer floor without dismantling the unit. Bucket height is used to the full, so even tall milk cartons will stand upright in the 19-litre container. Overall installation height is only 330 mm, making the FLEXON II 30 a perfect fit beneath modern sinks and traps.
