The Fisher & Paykel OS60NMTDG1 combines steam cooking, convection heat and the controlled use of both in one compact 60 cm oven. Its 23 functions range from steam and sous vide to Air Fry, baking, roasting and Crisp Regenerate, providing considerable flexibility within a refined, space-efficient format.

The subtle Grey Glass finish gives the oven a softer, more tonal expression than traditional black glass. It works particularly well with light cabinetry, warm neutral colours and muted material palettes, allowing the appliance to complement the wider kitchen composition without becoming visually dominant.

A softer architectural expression

The understated Grey Glass front gives the oven a calm presence within the kitchen. It can be installed individually or aligned with other Grey Glass appliances from Fisher & Paykel’s Minimal collection to create a coherent appliance suite.

Behind the restrained exterior is a versatile combination oven with a large 5-inch touchscreen, 45 litres of usable capacity and precise control of both temperature and steam.

Steam, convection or a combination of both

Combination cooking introduces controlled amounts of steam alongside convection heat. This helps preserve moisture and texture while creating the colour and surface associated with traditional oven cooking.

Dedicated steam functions provide options for steaming, sous vide cooking, proving dough, defrosting and reheating. Three combination functions allow convection heat to be paired with low, medium or high levels of steam.

The oven can also be used without steam for familiar functions including Fan Forced, Grill, Pizza Bake, Pastry Bake, Slow Cook and Air Fry.

Restore rather than simply reheat

Steam Regenerate restores moisture when reheating dishes such as roasts and risotto. Crisp Regenerate combines moisture and heat to refresh bread, pastries and pizza while helping preserve a crisp exterior.

This makes the oven equally useful for everyday meals, careful reheating and more ambitious cooking.

Guided touchscreen cooking

The large 5-inch touchscreen provides guided cooking by food type, function or recipe. Recommended heat type and temperature help make the oven approachable despite its extensive functionality.

A wired temperature sensor is included for monitoring the internal temperature of food. The oven is also compatible with Fisher & Paykel’s wireless temperature sensor, which is available separately.

Compact dimensions, generous capacity

At 458 mm high, the compact oven can be positioned above or below another appliance. It can also be paired with a warming drawer or vacuum seal drawer to create a coordinated cooking solution.

The oven provides a total capacity of 55 litres and a usable capacity of 45 litres across four shelf positions. Its removable 1.5-litre water tank means that a fixed water connection is not required.

Designed for easier maintenance

Steam Clean helps loosen food residue inside the oven, while the removable side racks, oven door and inner glass make the interior easier to access.

Dedicated drying and descaling cycles support the ongoing maintenance of the steam system.
