This freestanding Buster + Punch kitchen island demonstrates how an island can become the functional and social centre of a kitchen without incorporating appliances. Its uninterrupted Dekton Bromo worktop provides a generous surface for preparation, serving, working and everyday activities, allowing the island to adapt naturally throughout the day.

One long side is entirely dedicated to seating. With room for three people across the full 1800 mm length, the island creates a comfortable place for informal meals, conversation or company while food is being prepared. Keeping this side open gives the relatively slender 950 mm-deep configuration a light and inviting character.

The opposite side is organised entirely around storage. Three cabinets, each fitted with three Legrabox drawers, provide nine easily accessible drawers for cookware, tableware and everyday kitchen essentials.
